{ Baby Update }
On Monday we had an ultrasound to check the baby out and make sure nothing was wrong since the Integrated Screening Results came back high. We are happy to announce we have a super healthy baby boy! They checked everything and said, he looks perfect! They did however inform me that I have an "anterior placenta". That means the egg implanted on the opposite side of my uterus, closest to my abdomen. So the placenta is in front of the baby rather than behind. Doesn't really mean much except for I may not feel the baby move as soon as most. Which was good to hear because I am not really feeling any movement and I was a bit worried about that. I could feel Nixen at around 17 weeks. But I am so relieved everything is okay and now just anxious. I am realizing with another boy there isn't much to do to prepare so I'm thinking this pregnancy is going to be a long one!! I am however making all of the bedding and doing a complete makeover of the nursery so hopefully that will take me 5 months ha-ha.

Good to hear everything is going ok. Also, I'm impressed you are making your own bedding! You have to post pictures when you are done!

Glad to hear everything is going good! Mara's placenta was on the front too! It made it really hard for Cody to feel her kicking and that was a little frustrating, but nothing to complain about!

congrats on the baby boy.. to answer your question, my kids are 17 months apart. How close will yours be? I loved Bostons photo shoot too, you do a great job!
